Eugene F. Buczynski

Eugene F. Buczynski, P.E., P.P., CME, has over four decades of experience in civil engineering and municipal services. Currently serving as the Director of Municipal Services for the Northern Division at Van Cleef Engineering Associates since 2010, Buczynski previously held the position of Vice-President and Principal at CMX from 1980 to 2010. Career beginnings included roles as a Project Manager at Kupper Associates and as a Design Engineer at Porter and Ripa. Buczynski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from both the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Lowell Technological Institute, completing studies between 1967 and 1971.
