Tom Klerks

Tom Klerks currently serves as a Project Leader for "Moderne technologieën als toezichtsinstrument" at IBP VTH, focusing on the implementation of advanced technologies such as e-noses and drones to enhance monitoring of environmental pollution. With extensive experience as a Senior Advisor and Project Leader at Van Dam Datapartners since December 2021, Tom has led various projects providing strategic and operational support to public organizations. Additional roles include Project Leader for the strategic information plan at the Municipality of Haarlem and the merger project at Impuls Kinderopvang, while also serving as a council member for the Municipality of Waalwijk. Tom's expertise in data-driven solutions is further complemented by projects with the VNG and the Province of Noord-Brabant, as well as academic qualifications including a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Tilburg University and a Master of Science from Radboud University.
