Wim van der Ende is an experienced professional in horticulture and substrate cultivation, currently serving as Product Manager for BU Coco Substrates at Van der Knaap Group of Companies since August 2019. Prior to this, Wim worked at Delphy as Area Manager for Europe Coco Substrates for eight years, following a role as Senior Consultant focusing on greenhouse vegetable cultivation, particularly tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Earlier career experiences include managing the SupportDesk at Koppert Biological Systems, overseeing insect cultivation for biological pest control, and working as an all-round grower at H.W. van der Ende Anthurium. Wim holds a degree in Horticulture from Hogeschool Delft and has a background in education from Revius College.
