Jim Piaszynski

Jim Piaszynski has extensive work experience in environmental compliance and health and safety. Jim started their career as a Chemical Research Assistant at Amoco Chemical Research Center in 1988. From 1990 to 2000, they worked at Farmland Industries Inc as an Environmental and Safety Coordinator. In 2000, they joined Van Diest Supply Company and held various roles including Director of Safety and Industrial Hygiene, Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety, and currently serves as the Director of Environmental Compliance. Throughout their career, Jim has been instrumental in reducing accident rates and implementing safety programs.

Jim Piaszynski attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Studies. Jim also obtained a certification as a Fire and Emergency Services Instructor II from the Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau.
