Donald H. Roda

Donald H. Roda is a dedicated educator and coach with extensive experience in both teaching and athletic mentorship. Since August 2017, Roda has served as a 5th Grade Teacher at Van Dyke Public Schools, while also working as a Behavior Specialist at Lincoln Elementary School, focusing on high-risk student management and implementing behavior plans. Roda's coaching credentials include positions as Head Varsity Football Coach at L'Anse Creuse High School - North and Head Freshman Lacrosse Coach/Director of Lacrosse Operations at L'Anse Creuse Public Schools, boasting a notable record of 32 wins and 11 losses in lacrosse. Previous experiences involve roles as a Junior Varsity Football Coach and a Study Coordinator, alongside management responsibilities in retail. Roda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, awarded in April 2022.
