Andrew Schimmel has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Van Eerden Foodservice since September 2011, where Andrew has also held the roles of Category Lead and Buyer. Prior to this, Andrew worked as Site Manager at Site Developers LLC from April 2004 to December 2012. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Calvin University and Calvin College between 2002 and 2007.
