David Champeau has extensive experience in the transportation industry, primarily as an OTR team driver with positions at Van Eerden since October 2007 and previous roles at VL Watkins Transport, Eagle Trucking, and R & S Transport. David's driving expertise includes handling west coast weekly turns and team driving. Prior to a career in trucking, David worked in culinary roles, including Executive Chef at The Little Bar and Executive Sous Chef at Port Royal Club, providing leadership in kitchens and menu planning. David's culinary education includes a three-year apprenticeship in culinary arts at Marriott Resorts in Marco Island, along with practical experience in various kitchens.
