Josh Marzolf is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and food procurement. Currently serving as a Multi-Category Buyer at Van Eerden Foodservice since June 2023, Marzolf previously held positions such as Kitchen Manager at Olive's Restaurant and Bar and Terra Bagels. Prior to that, Marzolf worked as a Sous Chef at Amway Grand Plaza and gained valuable experience in various roles at Third Nature Brewing Company, Terra Restaurant, and Marie Catrib’s. Marzolf's culinary journey began with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by certifications in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Grand Rapids Community College.

Van Eerden Foodservice began in 1920 when Andrew Van Eerden formed “Van Eerden Company” to distribute fresh produce to grocers and restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area. His dedication to finding the freshest fruits and vegetables for his loyal customers led to daily train rides to the Chicago market. It is this commitment to freshness and customer service that has allowed Van Eerden to thrive for nearly 100 years.
