Christian Huxley

Christian Huxley has a strong and extensive work history in the construction and engineering field. Christian is currently serving as Contracts Director at Van Elle since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at J. Murphy & Sons Limited as a Ground Engineering & Piling Manager from August 2018 to November 2021.

Christian also has experience as a Construction Manager at Van Elle Limited from April 2014 to August 2018, and as an Operations Manager at Vibropile (Vibro-Pile Pty Ltd) from June 2012 to April 2014.

Earlier in their career, Christian served as a Project Manager (Piling) at Expanded - A Laing O'Rourke Company from December 2006 to May 2012, where they managed various piling projects in different sectors. Christian also worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at BAM Ritchies from October 2002 to November 2006, focusing on geotechnical solutions for the rail sector.

Christian's career began as a Graduate Engineer at Ian Farmer Associates (1998) Limited in January 2002, where they gained foundational experience before moving on to other roles.

From 1996 to 2000, Christian Huxley attended the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics.
