Currently at Van Ert Electric Company Inc since February 2020, Dean oversees multiple master service agreements, directs significant capital projects, and manages a profitable operation. Previous experience includes successfully opening a new market for PayneCrest Electric and building substantial revenue streams at Pieper Electric, where Dean led a heavy industrial department. Earlier roles at Faith Technologies involved managing multimillion-dollar projects and developing a comprehensive technology services line, building operational capacity and efficiency. Dean holds a certificate in Electrical Power Distribution from Milwaukee Area Technical College and has extensive hands-on experience in electrical systems.
