Steven de Jonghe

Steven De Jonghe is a seasoned management consultant and legal expert with extensive experience in M&A and project management. Currently serving as a self-employed consultant since January 2024, Steven specializes in providing strategic and legal advice. As a member of the Executive Committee at Van Genechten Packaging since April 2021, responsibilities include driving strategic growth initiatives alongside the CEO, focusing on M&A and joint venture opportunities. Previous roles encompass a comprehensive legal background, including serving as Chief Legal Officer and Group General Counsel at Sibelco Group, and various positions at prestigious law firms such as Allen & Overy and Baker & McKenzie.
