Babette Meerdink studied Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen and international trade law at the University of London.
She started her career as a lawyer at Houthoff Buruma. After that, Babette worked for several years as a (legislative) lawyer at the Ministries of Economic Affairs and Health, Welfare and Sport and also as secretary at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
From September 2017 she works as executive secretary at the Van Gogh Museum and supports the management in policy and legal matters.
