Supply Chain and Logistics

The Supply Chain and Logistics team at Van Hool is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement of materials to delivery of finished buses, coaches, and trailers. This includes maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, analyzing logistics data for continuous improvement, and coordinating the flow of non-metal materials within the supply chain. Their goal is to ensure timely production and delivery while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
