John Schwantes

John Schwantes has extensive experience in human resources and business management, currently serving as a Board Member at Van Horn Automotive Group since November 2019. Previously, John held multiple roles at Johnsonville from November 2007 to April 2019, including Director of Plant Member Services and Senior Business Partner. Earlier in John's career, from January 1980 to November 2007, John was the Manager of Human Resources for Global Power Systems at Kohler Co. John Schwantes holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
