Tracy Schneider, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy began their career as a Store Manager at Famous Footwear, where they gained valuable experience in managing operations and leading a team. Tracy then joined SEEK Careers/Staffing, where they served as a Staffing Consultant, leading recruitment efforts for the company's largest account. Tracy was responsible for recruiting and placing workers in various positions, conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks. Tracy also held the role of HR Admin - UI Coordinator at SEEK, where they handled and processed unemployment paperwork, represented the company at unemployment hearings, and trained staff on proper procedures and laws.

Tracy's next role was at Dutchland Plastics LLC, where they worked as a Human Resource Assistant. Here, they had responsibilities such as screening, interviewing, and hiring manufacturing applicants, managing attendance records, and conducting new hire orientation. Following this, Tracy returned to SEEK Careers/Staffing as a Talent Specialist, focusing on recruiting and placing light industrial, skilled trades, and office clerical workers. Tracy conducted interviews, reference checks, and background checks on applicants during this role.

Most recently, Tracy has been working at Van Horn Automotive Group, starting off as a Human Resource Generalist. In this role, they played a crucial part in the recruitment process, from posting open job positions to screening candidates and onboarding new hires. Tracy was also responsible for handling employee issues. Tracy later took on the position of Human Resource Manager, where they focused on benefit planning and administration, COBRA administration, and managing all employee benefits enrollments.

Tracy Schneider, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Marketing from Lakeshore Technical College, completing their studies from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Tracy has obtained additional certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Tracy earned the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2008. Later, in November 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
