Geert Samplonius is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and digital innovation. Currently serving as Manager Digital Innovation & Analytics at Van Lanschot Kempen since June 2023, Geert previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Van Lanschot from February 2020 to August 2023. Prior to this, Geert worked at Ipsos Nederland as Client Service Director for Customer Experience, specializing in mystery shopping and retail performance, from May 2016 to February 2020, after serving as Client Service Manager. Geert also has experience in business development and strategic consulting from roles at Agility Research & Strategy and AQ Services International, where leadership in APAC and European initiatives was crucial. A sabbatical in Brazil further enriched Geert's professional journey, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague.
