Merve Sönmez

Merve Sönmez has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Merve started their career at Studievereniging Synergy as a Committee Management Events member, organizing activities for students. Merve then interned at HSBC Commercial Banking in a corporate management role. Following this, they worked as a Financial Services Advisor at EY. Merve then joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant before taking on the role of Project Manager at Van Lanschot Kempen. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategy & Corporate Development at Van Lanschot Kempen.

Merve Sönmez has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategy from Radboud University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Bedrijfskunde from Radboud University from 2009 to 2012. Merve also attended Etty Hillesum Lyceum from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued their Atheneum degree in Economie & Maatschappij.
