Raphael Begeer

Raphael Begeer is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Van Lanschot Kempen, Raphael leads initiatives such as a new external hiring Desk solution and the implementation of a Recruitment Dashboard, while also fulfilling the role of Scrum Master for the Talent Acquisition team. Previous experience includes a Corporate Recruiter and Employer Branding role at Vopak, where Raphael managed full-cycle recruitment and spearheaded the project for a new career website.
