Irina Ivan-van der Kwaak is an experienced professional specializing in impact investing and mission-related investments. Currently serving as a Representative for the Van Leer Foundation since May 2018, Irina leads the development of an impact investing portfolio across various private market asset classes. Prior to this role, Irina held leadership positions at Porticus, overseeing strategy and learning across its global initiatives, and gained significant experience in financial institutions at Evercore Partners and Lehman Brothers, where Irina worked on substantial transactions exceeding £6 billion. Irina's academic background includes an Executive Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Kenyon College.
