Shantel Jones

Shantel Jones is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream since April 2024, Shantel previously held multiple roles at Oishii, including People Business Partner and People Operations Manager from February 2022 to March 2024. Shantel also gained experience as Inbound Coordinator at HelloFresh and as an Instructor at Pure Barre.
