Nathan J. Etten has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nathan J. started their career at XL Specialized Trailers in 2008, where they initially worked as a Customer Service / Warranty Manager and later took on the role of Master Scheduler. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's monthly throughput and developing and implementing various databases within the organization. Nathan J. also led multiple 5s / Kaizen events and trained users on SQL SOPs.

In 2011, Nathan joined Van Meter Inc., where they held several positions. Nathan J. started as a Product Line Manager and later became a Production Manager. In 2014, they were promoted to Distribution Center Manager, and in 2015, they became an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Operations, which they took on in May 2021.

Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, database management, and process improvement.

Nathan J. Etten completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kirkwood Community College between 2004 and 2005. Nathan J. further pursued their education at the University of Northern Iowa from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
