Vien Nguyen

Vien Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various accounting roles. They started their career as a Sales Associate at UNIQLO in 2016 before transitioning to the real estate industry. At Rosenthal Properties, Vien served as an Accounts Payable Specialist from 2017 to 2019, then progressed to become a Revenue Accountant until 2021. In 2021, Vien was promoted to the position of Property Accountant, where they oversaw financial reports for a portfolio of 15 properties and provided guidance to associates. Following this, Vien joined Gates Hudson in 2022 as a Portfolio Accountant, responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and approving disbursements. Currently, Vien works as a Staff Accountant at Van Metre Companies starting in August 2022.

Vien Nguyen attended George Mason University - School of Business from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Additionally, they have completed several certifications, including "Prepare Data for Exploration," "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," and "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Coursera. These certifications were obtained in June 2022, May 2022, and April 2022, respectively.
