Alexander Sauer

Alexander Sauer possesses extensive maritime experience with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as Chief Officer, Jacking Operator, DPO, and HLO on the JUV BOREAS at Van Oord since January 2023, previous roles at DEME Group include Chief Mate on the DP2 Heavy Lift Jack-up Vessel INNOVATION and multiple positions aboard trailing suction hopper dredgers. Alexander's educational background includes degrees in Dredge Master and Maritime Officer from STC, completed in 2008 and 2007, respectively.
