Augustinos Sourdis

Augustinos Sourdis has a robust background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Tendering Specialist at Van Oord since May 2023, focusing on offshore wind energy tenders. Prior to this role, Augustinos spent nearly a decade at Allseas in various capacities, including Package Manager for capital projects, where responsibilities included the development of a prototype deep-sea mining vehicle and managing complex contracts with a team of over 30 personnel. Augustinos also held the position of Project Lead/Engineering Manager, overseeing engineering operations for significant platform installations and removals. Earlier experience at Archimedes S.A. involved providing project engineering and management services as an independent contractor for numerous marine construction projects across multiple countries. Augustinos holds multiple advanced degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Greenwich and City, University of London.
