Lotte Schepers

Lotte Schepers has a diverse range of work experiences. From 2015 to 2016, they completed an internship as an Industrial Engineering intern at POLYTEC GROUP. In 2017, they worked as a Graduate intern Industrial Engineering at Fokker Elmo B.V. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Finance Trainee at Yacht trainees. In 2019, they also began working at Van Oord, first as a Finance trainee Process Improvement & Accounting, then as a Process Improvement specialist, and finally as a Team Lead Digital Process Improvement - Global Financial Shared Service Center.

Lotte Schepers completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017. Lotte then pursued a Pre-master in Strategic Management at Tilburg University from 2017 to 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Strategic Management at the same university from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2017 and Anglia Certification of English Esol International from Anglia Examinations in 2013. Recently, in 2022, they achieved the Champion Journey certification from Celonis.
