Marnix Vandenberghe

Marnix Vandenberghe has extensive experience in legal management and contracts, currently serving as the Manager of the Legal & Contracts Department at Van Oord since November 2014, where additional roles include Claims Team Manager and Regional Counsel for the Americas. Prior to Van Oord, Marnix worked at Jan De Nul Group for over 12 years as General Counsel and Head of the Legal Department, among other positions. Earlier career experiences include roles at Accenture and a leading port operations and logistics company, where responsibilities ranged from risk management to financial services. Marnix's educational background includes an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King's College London, an MSc in Port & Maritime Sciences from Ghent University, and a Master of Laws from the same institution.
