Martijn Kolster

Martijn Kolster is an experienced Offshore Construction Manager and Superintendent with a robust background in offshore wind projects, currently working at Van Oord since March 2015. Kolster specializes in cable unit operations, onshore preparation, and pull activities. Previous roles include tender management and cost estimating for public works at Ploegam - Van den Biggelaar, as well as planning and execution of D&C contracts for the Dutch government at Van den Herik Kust- en Oeverwerken BV. Kolster's career began with practical experience at Van Oord Dredging and Marine Contractors BV, contributing to the construction of an artificial island in Gibraltar. Kolster holds a Bachelor of Building Environment in Land- and Water Management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
