Rob Buijtendijk

Rob Buijtendijk, MBA, MBB, serves as the Manager of the Global Financial Shared Service Center & Change at Van Oord, focusing on Lean Management transformation to enhance customer value and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement. With a diverse background in Lean management training and IT operations, Rob has held multiple leadership roles, including Continuous Improvement Lead and Manager IT Change, where digital transformation and innovative change initiatives were key responsibilities. Additionally, Rob is actively involved as the Chair of the Supervisory Board for Stichting Inloophuis Rotterdam and has significantly contributed to the field of Lean through training and consultancy roles at Emerald Business Improvement. Educational qualifications include a recent Masterclass in Operational Excellence and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, complemented by extensive training in Lean methodologies across various institutions.
