Roelant van Dam

Roelant van Dam has extensive experience in water safety and engineering, currently serving as Technisch manager at Van Oord since May 2022, focusing on the Sterke Lekdijk project. Prior to this role, Roelant held various positions at Tauw Nederland from May 2007 to May 2022, including Adviseur waterveiligheid and Teammanager Waterveiligheid, overseeing water safety advisory services and managing the performance and development of the Water Safety advisory group. Roelant also has project management experience at Ploegam BV and research experience from an internship at the University of Miami. Roelant holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, complemented by additional educational experiences at Eindhoven University of Technology and De Verbinders.
