Roxana-Elena Bohalteanu

Roxana-Elena Bohalteanu possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the HSE Lead for SRI and CEI Projects at Van Oord since March 2013. Key projects include leading HSE efforts for the Saint-Brieuc Offshore Wind Farm and managing HSE aspects for the Nord Stream 2 Joint Venture, focusing on compliance, training, and incident management. Bohalteanu’s previous roles range from HSE Manager for various offshore and onshore projects to legal advisory and HR management positions in different organizations. Education includes specialized training in occupational safety, health, legal, and disaster response, culminating in a Master's degree in Criminal Law from Universitatea Ovidius Constanta.
