Ruben Dieten

Ruben Dieten is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Manager Offshore Wind at Van Oord, overseeing projects such as the array cable supply and installation for Windanker in Germany and Ocean Wind 01 in New Jersey, USA. Previously, Ruben held the position of Project Engineer Offshore Wind, with significant contributions to cable installation projects for Hollandse Kust Noord in The Netherlands and the Greater Changhua offshore wind farm in Taiwan. Ruben also served as Superintendent Offshore Wind & Dredging, managing installations on the Cable laying vessel Nexus and coordinating mock-up cable pull-ins in South Korea. Early career experiences include a graduate internship at KiM Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis and a graduate role at Van der Vorm engineering b.v., along with an internship at Movares. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor of Built Environment from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
