Twan Kolkert

Twan Kolkert is an experienced commercial manager specializing in the offshore wind sector and ocean health, currently working at Van Oord since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kolkert served as commercial manager and tender manager at Heerema Marine Contractors from January 2019 to July 2022, overseeing the preparation of commercial and technical offers, managing tender teams, and negotiating contracts.
