Marianne Loftus

Marianne Loftus has over three decades of experience in property and hotel management. Currently, Marianne serves as a Property Manager at Van Rooy Properties since July 2010, overseeing the management of an apartment community. Additionally, since June 2016, Marianne has held the position of VFW Auxiliary President, actively assisting veterans. Prior to Van Rooy Properties, Marianne managed properties at Varin Property Management and Ralph Williams & Associates. Marianne's career began in the hospitality industry as a General Manager for Holiday Inn Worldwide, where responsibilities spanned multiple locations. Educational credentials include studies at Indiana University South Bend, Mother of Sorrows, and the University of Central Florida.
