Dagmar Linstra is a legal professional specializing in insurance and liability law, currently serving as an Advocaat at Van Traa Advocaten since January 2020. In addition, Dagmar is engaged as a legal staff member at Rechtspraak Aansprakelijkheids- en Verzekeringsrecht (RAV) since June 2022, contributing to publications and writing guidelines. Previous experience includes a claims handler role in liability at Zurich Insurance plc and internships at Pels Rijcken and Houthoff, focusing on various aspects of liability and insurance law. Dagmar holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Leiden University, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Trinity College Dublin.
