Laney Nofer

Laney Nofer is an experienced professional in the field of philanthropy and planning, currently serving as the Grants & Programs Coordinator at the Van Wert County Foundation since June 2021. In this role, Laney ensures the smooth administration of grantmaking and scholarship programs while collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior positions include Director of Philanthropy at the same foundation, where strategic initiatives were led to enhance scholarship and grant impacts, and Senior Planner at the Maumee Valley Planning Organization, focused on executing regional transportation plans and providing technical assistance. Earlier experience as Planning and Building Assistant for the City of Worthington involved managing planning and building applications. Laney holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning with a Minor in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Child Welfare from The Ohio State University.
