Peter van der Waal

Peter van der Waal has over 35 years of experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as a Senior Coating Specialist at Koninklijke Van Wijhe Verf B.V. since September 2011, focusing on the development of new DIY and professional paint systems. Previously, Peter held a similar position at Hempel A/S, where extensive experience was gained in the research of coatings for metal, wood, and plastic from September 1998 to September 2011. Earlier in the career, Peter worked at BASF as a Coating Specialist from October 1986 to September 1998, developing packaging coatings. Educational qualifications include a degree in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology and specialization in Coating Technology from Stichting PTN/Polymer.
