Kathleen Swiadek

Kathleen Swiadek is an experienced professional in training management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Delivery at Vana Solutions since October 2015. Prior to this role, Kathleen held positions at CSC from March 2012 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Training Department for the North Carolina Medicaid Management Information System, overseeing a team of instructional designers and trainers, and maintaining client relationships with state officials. Kathleen also has experience in quality analysis and program management, having worked at Hewlett Packard and EDS, where roles included Senior Quality Analyst and Lead Test Manager. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus on History from Wright State University.
