R. Casey Sprague, PMP, CSM

R. Casey Sprague has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as an Agile Program Manager at Vana starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a PMO Manager at Intellum from October 2021 to December 2022, where they successfully managed cross-functional relationships and implemented processes for clients such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Palo Alto Networks.

Before Intellum, Casey was the Project Management Director at AssureCare LLC from July 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they led program and project management standardization efforts, streamlined implementation processes, and developed a hybrid project management methodology for seven client implementation programs.

From June 2019 to July 2020, Casey worked at Army University as the Associate Director of Operations and Support/Executive Officer to the Chief of Staff. R. Casey managed operations and project implementation procedures for the organization's cross-functional departments and facilitated the successful transition of 2800 students and their families using agile project management techniques.

Casey has also served in various positions within the US Army, including Operations and Project Manager, Director of Operations & Personnel, Instructor/Personnel Management Specialist, Aviation Captain's Career Course/Aviation Maintenance Officer Course Student, Project Planner and Operations Manager, and Operations and Personnel Manager (Platoon Leader). In these roles, they demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and the ability to overcome logistical challenges to achieve organizational goals.

R. Casey Sprague, PMP, CSM has a strong academic background in Project Management and Sports Management. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Eastern Kentucky University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Project Management from Georgetown University, completing their degree between 2018 and 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Casey Sprague has also obtained several certifications in various fields. They are certified as a Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2022. They are also a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
