Richard Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Richard began their career at Stoke Mandeville Stadium, where they worked as a Duty Manager and later as a Membership Sales representative. In 2012, they joined Vanarama, where they held various roles including Pickup Leasing Specialist, Team Leader, and ultimately became the Head of Sales. Their most recent position is at Auto Trader UK, where they currently hold the role of Head of Sales - AT Leasing, starting in 2023.
Richard Wells attended Aylesbury College, where they obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Exercise and Fitness. Prior to that, they also attended The Grange School, but the degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
