Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Auto Trader UK since July 2018, Sophie has transitioned from the funding department to handling complaints and case management. Previous roles include Event Sales Executive at The Noke Hotel, where responsibilities involved organizing events for up to 250 attendees, and Sales Representative at Kingshill Jewellers Limited, specializing in the sale of fine jewellery. Sophie's background also includes significant tenures at Montagues Art Gallery as an Art Consultant and Tiffany & Co. as a Sales Representative and later in direct sales and customer services. Early experience includes acting account management positions at Elizabeth Arden and Revlon. Sophie's educational background includes studies at Oakland’s College and Sir John Lawes, Harpenden.
