Brian R. Perry

Brian R. Perry, PE, CME, LEED AP, currently serves as Managing Director at VHB since February 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held positions including Principal Engineer at Pennoni and Vice President/Department Manager of Site-Civil Engineering at Van Note-Harvey Associates, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed business development, project oversight, client interactions, and staff management. Brian's career includes a progression of roles with increasing responsibility in project management, engineering, and construction management, commencing with internship positions at organizations such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and CMC Engineering. Brian earned a Master of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University.
