Elena Vershinina

Elena Vershinina, P.E. is a seasoned project manager and senior civil engineer specializing in the energy sector, currently contributing to VHB's Energy Evolution Practice since July 2019. With a strong background in civil engineering and law, Elena holds master’s degrees from Saratov State Technical University and Russian State Social University. In addition to current roles at VHB and as a senior civil engineer at MetaMic, Elena is the CEO and co-founder of the Women Empowerment Club (WE Club), dedicated to fostering a supportive community for women. Previous experience includes project management at Beals and Thomas, Inc., project engineering at Green International Affiliates, Inc., and various roles in accounting and management. Elena also pursues freelance photography with The Dream Team Photography.
