Josh Densberger

Josh Densberger, CSP, CDS, serves as the Director of Corporate Health & Safety at VHB since August 2023. With a robust background in health, safety, and environmental management, Densberger previously held significant roles including Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental Director at Montrose Environmental Group, where responsibilities included overseeing workplace safety assessments and strategic planning for environmental projects. Densberger also has experience as Corporate Safety & Training Manager at MSE Group, where engagements with leadership focused on safety assessments and program development, as well as Corporate Safety Director at Waste Pro USA, where the successful implementation of safety programs was achieved. In addition to corporate roles, Densberger has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Fire Science at Valencia College and has taught similar subjects at Seminole State College of Florida. Densberger holds a Master’s of Arts in Fire and Emergency Management from Oklahoma State University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Wyoming, complemented by certifications from Harvard University.
