Khristopher G. serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel at VHB since 2008, overseeing all legal activities including compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and strategic counsel for senior management and the Board of Directors. Prior to VHB, Khristopher held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Brown Rudnick and practiced energy and utilities law at Day Pitney LLP. Khristopher's early career includes serving as a Naval Intelligence Officer and Nuclear Engineering Supervisor/Instructor in the US Navy, and clerking for Honorable Peter T. Zarella at the Connecticut Supreme Court. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees from Harvard University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, along with an MBA from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY.
