Michael Degaspari

Michael DeGaspari, PE, serves as the Director of Mobility for NYC at VHB, leading a team of over 30 transportation engineers and planners to implement mobility solutions in complex urban corridors. With a career spanning various roles in transportation engineering, including Deputy Director of Mobility and Traffic Engineer positions at WSP USA and Parsons Brinckerhoff, Michael has developed expertise in transforming policies into actionable projects focused on safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Educationally, Michael holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
