Reginald Scales

Reginald Scales currently serves as Managing Director at VHB since March 2021. Prior to this role, Reginald held the position of Principal at Clark Patterson Lee from August 2016 to March 2021, focusing on business development, project management, and civic engagement in North and South Carolina. Earlier positions include Supervising Project Manager and Operations Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Director of Planning for Sanford/Lee County, and various roles in community development and planning for the City of Martinsville, Town of Siler City, and Chatham County. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University.
