Sean D. Hale

Sean D. Hale is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in the field of wetlands conservation and management. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental/Energy Services at VHB since June 2018, Sean has previously held key positions such as Senior Scientist at Normandeau Associates, Inc. and Epsilon Associates, where expertise in wetland science was developed. Earlier in the career, Sean worked as a Wetland Scientist at LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. and David E. Ross Associates, Inc., as well as a Conservation Agent/Land Manager for the Town of Lincoln, MA. Educationally, Sean holds a Master of Science degree in Wetlands Conservation and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies/Philosophy from Bowdoin College.
