Thanh Le serves as the Lead Analyst for the Safety Practice at VHB since November 2014, focusing on research and the development of tools to enhance data-driven decision-making for transportation safety. Prior experience includes working as a Highway Safety Engineer, where data management and prediction model implementation were key responsibilities. Thanh Le has a solid academic foundation with a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, an MS from Texas A&M University, and a BS from the University of Transport & Communications in Hanoi, Vietnam. Prior to VHB, Thanh Le was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah, specializing in traffic safety research and econometrics for motor vehicle crash prediction models.
