Joey Chilelli

Joey Chilelli's work experience begins in 2004 with roles at Messer, where they worked as an intern, then as a project engineer, and finally as a project manager. In 2012, they held intern-analyst positions at Morningside Property Group and Terrace Capital. In 2013, they founded CREI and became an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University. In 2014, they served as the Director of Project Management at Sugar Hill Capital Partners and was a Senior Associate at East River Partners in 2015. From 2016 to the present, Chilelli has been with Vanbarton Group LLC, starting as an associate, then becoming Vice President, Senior Vice President, and currently holds the position of Managing Director.

Joey Chilelli pursued their education starting in 2002 at Northern Kentucky University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 2006. Joey then proceeded to Xavier University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Finally, in 2012, Joey attended Columbia University for a year, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development.
