Nicholas Janneck

Nic Janneck is a Principal primarily responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and working with portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2010, Mr. Janneck was in the Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries. Mr. Janneck graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from the Marshall School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting.

Mr. Janneck currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Micronics Filtration, International Aerospace Coatings, Eirtech Aviation Services and Jet Parts.
